I can't decide how much I like this one Milo. The cord is distracting, yet odd too. Is this a computer monitor? The colors and lighting are wonderful, as usual. This is art because it is strange, somehow pleasing and disappointing at the same time. I think it's great that you put this up on your photoblog, which is still the only photoblog linked to on my art gallery site.

no my friend, you misunderstand me.

this is not a "crappy" photo in my estimate.

this is very artistic, in an odd way however. this oddness does not detract from its effect on me. in fact, I prefer odd things to "normal" : "universal" art that the masses gaze at superficially.

I don't have digital camera, but take lots of regular photos. I love "mistakes" and weird processing errors. sometimes vastly better than carefully planned and executed "art" photos.

tagging is fun 

I've been hitting the random link a lot lately, tagging old weblog/photolog entries with multiple categories.

This photo in particular makes me wonder how I ever made do with only one category per entry: I managed to think up no less than 12(!) fitting categories for it.

I'm sure you know Flickr. Flickr is build on tagging. Tagging works (at least it's better than no tagging), but it's not a perfect solution[1].

I guess it matters whether you're the only one doing the tagging :)
Although I have a single textbox per entry wherein I type the tags, on saving they are extracted and stored as separate category references in the db. This allows me to easily select+autofill from a quicklist of previously entered tags, thus preventing duplicates/spelling variants.

See I light this a lock. The double identified split screen image of duality is twice as nice as one solo unity of a single form in monotonous isolation.

This is art. The framing is art. The colors are art. The balance is art. I really like it beyond worded nuances.

There's two links here, they both point to your site; I don't see how it could be any clearer that it's all yours :)

I wanted the main link to point to the example, since your article only links to it with a tiny 'this' link that's easily missed. My [via] simply indicates the js document.referrer of the main link (it's filled automatically even).

Negative(!) text-indent is in effect in the quicklinks list (over there on the left of the front page). Handy... applying a style like padding-left: 10px; text-indent: -10px; to an element makes all lines of that element appear indented except the first one.

i love the story of stairway to heaven korean drama...both of them (kwon sangwoo & choi ji-woo) played their role very well....and they give justice to it....it's the best drama i've ever seen.

I have watched a lot of Korean Dramas and My Lovely Kim Sam-Soon tops the list. Kim Sun-ah is an outstanding actress. I know she will take an award for her superb acting and of course Hyun Bin make a very good combination. I only wish they could make a sequel to My Lovely Kim Sam -soon. Kim Sun-ah is great, but my favourite drama by a long stretch is still Ruler Of Your Own World. Lee Na-young, Yang Dong-geun and Kong Hyo-jin are all amazing in that.

I love Korean Drama. That's the only type of movies I enjoy these days. I always look forward to new ones. I'm a big fan of WONBIN. Love Story in Harvard is the best Korean film I have seen. All the Actors and Actresses are done the best job. The story is simple but Kim Rae Won and Kim Tae Hee made it so lovely by their roles' lives. Their love and life are worth to learn about. I love Kim Rae Won's eyes and face and hope that his real life is as nice as his role. Best wishes to all who have made this film!

I just finish watching a korean drama call stairway to heaven, and i love it a whole lot.I think is the saddes movie i have ever seen. it make me cry so much i thought i was going to stop breathing, and i'm really not that into korean drama, but after i watch this movie.i might just move to korean and find this handsome kwon sang woo guy. i feel so sad for him after i watch this movie. i think i fell in love. i just hope that they will make a 2nd part to this movie,hopefully they will meet in heaven. i love it, and if you watch it, i know you will fall in love, and cry over and over again.if you watch this movie and you really like, email me and tell me about it. good luck to who ever is going to watch it. just make sure that you grab a whole lot of tissue paper, because you are going to shaed some tears for this guy who wait for her for so long. oh.... and i love him. he is the cuties thing i have ever seen in my life. if he was my guy i will kiss him from head to toes. hey you would too after you watch it. bye

I have seen 90% of KDrama, based here in Singapore, and buying always the latest, wishing that more shd have subtitles in English for more to appreciate! LOVE STORY IN HARVARD has the most unique and honest love scenes, actual kissing and truly appealing KIM RAE WON, while most are great shows, they do not really appeal realistically specially when lovers are together--catch it all-I'm sure you can remember your first kiss and naughty moments when younger... I storngly recommend--KOREAN DRAMAS are now tops--despite the consistent, cancer,loss of eyesight, near death experience, etc, its probably good acting..KIM RAE WON is most talented..

I am very glad that my favorite tv station, ABS-CBN was able to get hold of the broadcast rights of Spring Day. I have already watched it on VCD's and I highly recommend it to all Kapamilyas out there. The unexpected twistin the story makes it worth watching. It's just too unfortunate that it is being aired in the morning so most of us won't be able to watch it. It should have been given a slot in the primetime.

i fell in love with korean dramas starting with full house - it was a bitter-sweet romance and the actors that played the main characters are so charming. if it were other actors that played jessie and justine's characters the drama would probably not have rated as much. also enjoyed sassy girl chun-yang and now am enjoying my name is kim sam soon and falling in love with hyun bin, he's such a cutie! (can't remember the name of the guy who played the marvin character in sassy girl chun-yang, he's also quite a looker. of course 'jessie' of full house and 'chun-yang' of sassy girl are very pretty) but i like kim sam soon as it does a very different take on being beautiful as mentioned by tin last 10 february.

i also like stairway to heaven and jewel in the palace but i sometimes don't like sad stories or stories that make me cry. hope we here in the philippines can also make simple stories but with cleverly written scripts and storylines, sometimes we tend to overdo a story with soo many subplots.

Princess lulu is an excellent drama. All the actors and actressess are fantastic, great performances. The story is good, touching and funny. All the clothes, bags, shoes and accessories that Kim Jung Eun wore are very classic, beautiful, fashionable and interesting. Kim Jung Eun is the most beautiful and cuttiest korean actress of all. All my friends love her style and look. Highly recommend drama. As good as Lovers in Paris. Kim Jung Eun is the best.

I like Korean Novela it is really best story the all drama's series I've seen from ABS-CBN.First "lovers in paris" this is really comeday drama,followed by "Save the last dance the best " ang ganda talaga nakakaiyak i was really remember my friend during my college days she is realy addict of this drama series she always' cry for eugene if i hear save the last dance i was really really miss my friend now that she is working DUBAI at this moment .But for me I like MEMORIES OF BALI and Wonderful Life talagang umiiyak ako dito it is really nice drama .I like also My girl it is funny to see this korean novela it is the best talaga.

I just finished watching Love Story In Harvard on DVD last Sunday. All I can say that this is the most kilig korean drama ever! Worth watching! Nice plot! About studies, careers and lovelife. I can't wait for the Tagalog version of this series starting on Monday. I highly recommend this drama!

WOW!!! I think that Koreanovela is one the best show you can ever watch on tv. In fact, most story is so interesting thats why I cant help but hook up. My favorites that I've seen so far are Stairway To Heaven, Endless Love1,Save The Last Dance, Green Rose, My Girl, Jewel In The Palace and Love Story In Harvard. I really love those shows! I love the actors and actresses who,played in their character. I think they are all did good. Ang huhusay nilang umarte at di ko maiwasang humanga talaga sa kanila bukod sa magaganda at guwapo sila. I hope to see more of them.

UhMm.. Honestly, i'm not that interested in korean movies. But because of the story, LOVE STORY IN HARVARD, I was addicted and crazy to korean movies! Especially KIM TAE HEE.. i was so impressed with the story of Save the Last Dance...It was a lovely @ great novel and it made me shed my tears a lot..I watched so many novela's but this is really very different... you can relate easily with the story...I was just sad to know what is happening with our own teleserye (Filipino) coz Korea novelas are better and more impressive than ours...So it think this is a wake up call to our movie industry that they should make a better novel... (simple & good story to win people's heart)..

I really love this photo. The muted golden light is soothing. The framing is perfect, that diagonal [line] down the middle, edge between sky and earth/buildings.

A glowing grace for the eyes to rest upon.

Wish I could easily obtain that color with my JASC Paint Shop Pro on Windows XP.

Last.FM uses the same data as http://www.audioscrobbler.com/user/Queeg/ , but with prettier features such as album covers.

Jon Stewart's humor seemed to go right over the interviewer's head. Too bad Terry Gross wasn't there to do the interviewing. She would've been laughing at Jon's wierd, dead-pan humor
