dark sky
This photo was taken at noon yesterday. A very big, very dark raincloud turned the sky black.

we had a similar storm this summer past. The sky got dark then it got REALLY dark, a sort of deep green that blocked out everything. street lights flickered on and suddenly all the lights from our lighting sale poured into the street. it was tres weird and a little scary.

sunlight hits the Gojūon
I pasted a katakana table (gojūon or 'fifty sound' ordering) to the right and a hiragana table to the left of my monitor a while ago, helps me a little when deciphering certain short bits of Japanese text. Plus it looks kinda neat when the sun hits it a certain way.

That leaf looks like it's made of velvet with a sprinkle of diamonds on the top. I love how a camera can capture the pinicles of beauty in a single moment.

Whether I think I'll find a reuse for a tag in the future has long stopped being a deciding factor.
I find it's better to tag things as thoroughly as possible to begin with, than to have to back-tag older entries later.
