Oh my pixels! They built a new bridge in Wateringse Veld, with these amazing bright blue lights in its pillars serving no apparent purpose other than making the whole thing look real damn cool...
The blue mixes with the red/orange colour of the upper lights to create a nice purple sheen on the narrow side "extentions" (from one of which this photo was taken). Better view of the reflection in the water below: Further away; notice the purple glow of the bridge in the middle-right:
